IL6-Promoter熒光素酶報(bào)告基因（報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒）（IL6-Promoter luciferase reporter plasimd）是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測human IL6-Promoter激活水平為目的的報(bào)告基因。IL6(Interleukin 6)白細(xì)胞介素-6，簡稱白介素6，是一種重要的細(xì)胞炎性細(xì)胞因子，在炎性**的發(fā)**展中起了重要的作用，常作為炎性反應(yīng)的重要指標(biāo)。
IL6-Promoter報(bào)告基因主要應(yīng)用于Jak/Stat信號(hào)通路的研究等和human IL6-Promoter激活水平的檢測等。
pGMIL6-Promoter-Lu是改造后的哺乳動(dòng)物真核表達(dá)載體，在其多克隆位點(diǎn)插入了human IL6啟動(dòng)子，可以高靈敏度地檢測human IL6-Promoter的激活水平。同時(shí)，對(duì)載體中預(yù)測出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了適當(dāng)?shù)耐蛔?，增加了質(zhì)粒對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合的特異性。另外，由于質(zhì)粒體積減小，使得IL6-Promoter報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。IL6-promoter luciferase reporter plasmid（IL6-promoter-Luc熒光素酶報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒）

使用說明
pGMIL6-promoter-Lu可以采用常規(guī)轉(zhuǎn)染方法轉(zhuǎn)染哺乳動(dòng)物細(xì)胞。用熒光素酶檢測試劑盒或雙熒光素酶檢測試劑盒進(jìn)行檢測。
