產(chǎn)品描述
C/EBPβ-GFP報告基因是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測C/EBPβ轉錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。C/EBPβ(CCAAT/enhancer-binding protein beta)是轉錄因子C/EBPs家族的重要成員，它主要通過對靶細胞基因轉錄的調節(jié)，參與細胞增殖與分化、腫瘤發(fā)生與凋亡、細胞周期調控等。
C/EBPβ-GFP報告基因主要用于檢測細胞中C/EBP信號通路、**研究以及基因過表達和RNAi的表型分析等。
pGMC/EBPβ-GFP是改造后的哺乳動物真核表達載體，在其多克隆位點插入了多個C/EBPβ結合位點，可以高效地檢測C/EBPβ的激活水平。由于載體采用了GFP作為報告基因，更便于后續(xù)的檢測。同時，對載體中預測出的其它轉錄因子以外的結合位點進行了適當?shù)耐蛔?，增加了質粒的轉錄因子結合特異性。另外，由于質粒體積減小，使得C/EBPβ-GFP報告基因更易于轉染。C/EBPβ GFP Reporter Plasmid C/EBPβ-GFP報告基因質粒
